| Description (Service) | The Commemorative Awards Committee makes recommendations for recipients of the Order of Orillia and inductees into the Orillia Hall of Fame. The Committee shall operate at arm's length from Council to solicit nominees for these awards, and will also be responsible for the manner of award and presentation * In other matters as directed by Council, the Committee shall act as an advisory body reporting to Council Committee |
