Description (Service)	Designed to help people with mental illnesses/mental disorders who come into conflict with the law, project includes: Mental Health Court Support Services in Criminal Courts in Barrie, Midland, Collingwood, Orillia and Penetanguishene Court Diversion for individuals charged with minor criminal offenses and Release from Custody services for inmates being discharged from Central North Correctional Centre in Penetanguishene Release from Custody also assists people 16 years and older who reside in the Ontario Health atHome boundaries who may be at risk of involvement/re-involvement in the criminal justice system
Eligibility	Ages: 12 year(s) and up in Barrie, Orillia, Midland, Collingwood Youth, Young Adults, Adults with have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability or acquired brain injury who reside in Northern part of Simcoe County Must be willing to receive and participate in services specific to their needs
Application	Referral - anyone can make a referral to the program (self referral, individual referral or agency referral).
