Description and Service

Description (Service) Support group for family caregivers and friends of individuals who live with with mental health and/or addictions challenges
  • connect with other family caregivers to share experiences and receive support needed to cope and manage
  • Support group is held virtually on the third Mon of the month at 6 pm-8 pm, via Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)
