Description (Service)

Program focuses on healthy eating during pregnancy, pre and postnatal wellness, breastfeeding and newborn care

  • Free weekly virtual program helping to promote healthy pregnancies in a friendly and supportive virtual drop-in environment:
  • Participants receive support and information on a wide range of relevant topics such as breastfeeding, health, pre- and postnatal nutrition, perinatal mantal health, becoming a parent, social connections and community resources
  • Attendees may receive:
    • Prenatal vitamins every 90 days until birth
    • Vitamin D drops starting one month before birth
    • Weekly resources
  • Catulpa Community Support Services is a sponsor of the MotherCare program in Simcoe County
Eligibility Pregnant individuals and families who are pregnant living on a limited annual household income (less than $40,000 before taxes) in Simcoe County.
Simcoe County residents who joined MotherCare during their pregnancy will be supported until their baby is 6 weeks old.
