National program supporting families, young parents and Newcomers to Canada. These free programs are available to individuals and families who are pregnant and/or parenting children 0-6 years of age and who are living on a limited annual household income (less than $40,000 before taxes) in Simcoe County:

• CAPC's hosted programs are MotherCare, Baby Steps, Next Step and Signature Virtuals
• Provide fun and inclusive activities to support healthy families
• Activities relate to nutrition, health, parenting and child development. Nutritious foods and other resources are shared
• Program sessions include topics such as Young Parent Supports, Nutrition and Food Skill building, Parenting Programs, and Early Learning/Family Literacy Programs and many more
