Description (Service)

Long-term care home, special care units (secure), restorative care program

Services include:

  • personal laundry services and access to laundry facilities
  • home like environment with landscaped gardens, walkways, patio areas and courtyard
  • recreational activities
  • chapel and non-denominational services
  • library and reading services
  • on site para-medical and other services
Eligibility Adults who need long-term care.
Application Local Health Integration Network, Home and Community Care Coordinators assess the needs of applicants.

Languages French - Upon request
Fees Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants.
Volunteer Description Currently seeking volunteers * variety of programs available from friendly visits to craft programs to sing songs * contact volunteer coordinator
