Provides gender affirming care to trans and gender diverse people and their families within the North Simcoe Muskoka Region.

Multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with community partners to provide a range of inclusive, gender-affirming services, including:

• Education and information on gender identity and health care options
• Support for social, medical and legal transition processes
• Surgical assessment, referrals and support
• Individualized support for hormone therapy and monitoring
• Psychosocial support throughout the transition process
• Individual and group therapy
• Single and multi session individual therapy
• DBT Group and Gender Journeys Group

Trans Health Single Session Clinic:

• A one-time, 45-60 minute appointment
• Focusing on a specific area, issue, or concern
• Uses Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
• Offering support and direction

• For gender diverse or questioning Individuals in North Simcoe Muskoka who are 16 years and older
• Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until all available appointments are filled

• A program intake will be booked to discuss goals and plan next steps
• There are currently waitlists for accessing mental health as well as medical transition support
