Description and Service
| Description (Service) | An educational group for those struggling with anxiety and panic. This group is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is designed to increase knowledge of anxiety. Participants will leave the group with tools and coping strategies to help manage anxiety and panic.
