Eligibility
Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
be a Canadian citizen, an Indigenous person, a permanent resident or a newcomer who is eligible as per the Ontario Health Insurance Act
be physically in Ontario for 153 days in a 12 month period
be physically in Ontario for at least 153 days of the first 183 days following the establishment of residency in the province
