Rabies vaccination clinics will be held at various locations. Local veterinarians host low-cost rabies clinics. Check Health Unit website for locations, dates and costs. All dogs must be on a leash and cats restrained and be over 3 months old.

All animal bites or scratches, including incidents involving bats, should be assessed by a family physician and reported to the health unit.
