Description and Service
| Description (Service) | Program assists adults who are having difficulty finding, obtaining and maintaining employment due to a criminal record. Provides individuals with the tools necessary to succeed in the workforce.
Guest speakers from employers, and other John Howard staff compliment the workshop. The facilitator also creates the opportunity to spend some of the group sessions in local employment resource centres. Currently, the program is offered in Barrie, Collingwood, Midland, Huntsville, Gravenhurst and Orillia. Location and times will be arranged at time of referral. |
