Music Programs include:

Simcoe Youth Choir

• an inclusive community choir open to all children in grades 3 to 10
• Participants will learn contemporary pieces in a variety of styles, tailored to the singers in the group
• No previous experience or music reading ability needed
• No auditions required

Move, Groove & Soar

• program about fun, community, and connection open to all children in JK to Grade 2
• Participants will explore the magical connection between music, movement, and elevating mood through singing, dancing, playing instruments, musical games, and play
• No previous experience or music reading ability needed

Teen Guitar Club

• Focused on fun and learning the songs you listen to, this guitar club is open to youth in high school (13-19 years old)
• Instruction is tailored to the needs of the club members
• The program ends with a community performance decided upon by the club on the last evening of the session (i.e.: at a seniors' home or within the Simcoe Youth Choir concert)
