Provincial remedial measures program for convicted impaired drivers or drivers with two or more roadside suspensions

participants should register a week (7 days) after the impaired conviction or roadside suspensions, it may take up to 11 months to complete all parts of the Back on Track program
administered by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario and offered by community service providers in a variety of locations across the province
in York Region, Simcoe County and Muskoka region it is offered in Aurora, Barrie, Bracebridge and Parry Sound respectively

Eligibility
Individuals who have been convicted of impaired driving, or who have two or more roadside suspensions in the past 10 years
completion of program is mandatory before driver's licence can be reinstated

registration form can be completed online or downloaded
participants must register after receiving conviction and pay full registration fee before commencing program
participants should register a week (7 days) after the impaired conviction or roadside suspensions, it may take up to 11 months to complete all parts of the Back on Track program
