Description (Service) Friendly Visiting - Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone * provides companionship, socializing, sharing common interests and experiences and quality time 
 
Telephone Assurance - Regular phone calls to check on the health and safety of people who live alone * checks are done by trained and screened volunteers * provides a feeling of safety to older adults and their families

Languages English ; French - Website, Publications, Interpretation depending on availability of staff
