Description (Service) Non-emergency transportation for those in need, such as elderly or disabled in the community, who are unable to use public transportation or private means * provides affordable transportation to social gatherings, medical appointments and shopping * Volunteer drivers with their own vehicles, as well as wheelchair accessible vans * Member of the CT Link, Community Transportation Link

Eligibility Older adults and adults with disabilities who cannot access public transportation
Application Call * pre-booking required with 5 days notice in the Barrie area and for all other areas 2 days notice but Red Cross will try to accommodate same day requests but cannot always guarantee it
Languages English ; French - Website, Publications, Interpretation depending on availability of staff
Fees Service - Fee depends on distance
