Description and Service

Description (Service)	Community-based cancer rehabilitation program offered at the YMCA in partnership with the Hudson Regional Cancer Program at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Program is for individuals (18+) who are at any stage of their cancer journey, from diagnosis to surgery to palliative care, our team can help individuals get or remain active in a safe and healthy way Restore physical function for day-to-day tasks Support social and psychological well-being Improve your health and quality of life Program is offered at the Innisfil YMCA at the cost of a membership, a Companion Pass is provided at no cost for the duration of the program for a caregiver or partner
Eligibility	Persons with cancer who have finished active treatment require medical permission to participate in program
Application	Call or email self-referral or medical referral accepted

Fees	Membership - YMCA monthly Membership fee ; None - no fee for people with a YMCA membership * Fee assistance available.
