  • Helps people overcome or manage trauma-related disorders such as:
    • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
    • Adjustment Disorder
    • anxiety-related disorders such as panic attacks, chronic worries
    • mood disorders such as depression
    • life stressors such as health concerns, career changes, relationship issues
