DescriptionThe Employment Support Program component of the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) is designed to assist people to overcome (reduce or eliminate) substantial disability related barriers to seek and/or maintain competitive employment.  
 
Eligible participants may receive assistance to access goods and services which could include things such as employment planning assistance (could include training); technical aids ranging from mobility devices and reading aids to adapted computers and the training to use them; interpreter, reader, note taker and intervenor services; transportation assistance while training for a job.
