Benefits | Light refreshments and snacks will be provided for all volunteers during the event. Free parking is available near the event site. Volunteers will be sent parking instructions prior to the event day. Volunteers will receive a certificate confirming their volunteer hours, upon request. How to Access Benefits: Refreshments will be available at the volunteer check-in area throughout the event. Parking instructions and a volunteer information package will be emailed the week before the event. Signing for volunteer hours can be requested by speaking with the Volunteer Coordinator at the event or by emailing after the event. |

Training | Orientation ; All volunteers will receive a brief orientation through a Zoom or phone call prior to the event. During this call, we will review the event details, volunteer roles, and what to expect on the day of the event. On the day of Paws for a Cause, volunteers will also be given a quick on-site walkthrough and shown exactly where they will be stationed and what their tasks will be. |
