Duties

Join us in celebrating the vibrant tapestry of cultures at the second annual Mosaic Nights Festival at the Barrie Meridian Place and Alliston Riverdale Park this August 2023! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to be a part of the Ethnic Mosaic Alliance and help make these festivals a memorable experience. From captivating cultural dances to mesmerizing Bollywood and Iranian movies, and mouthwatering culinary delights to engaging kids' activities, there's something for everyone. Come be a part of this upcoming celebration: 

  • Ethnic Mosaic Alliance information booth
  • Provide attendees with directions; event schedule; general information about festival
  • Manage crowd control 
  • Vendor assistance 
  • Clean up and Maintenance
  • Oversee children's activity area 
  • Transportation and parking attendant 
  • Volunteers can support artists and performers by ensuring they necessary supplies etc 
  • Addressing any public concerns and special requests
