Description (Service)
Covid 19 Due to Senior population of tenants and their various health status, a daily tracing log book at front entrance will be entered by all visitors, community services and healthcare personnel. Masks are requested to be worn in all common areas of building and abide with six feet distancing whenever possible. Common dining room will reopen in the near future under the guidelines of the Simcoe District Health Board. Until then, the meals are delivered by Food Service Staff two times per day to unit doors of tenants.

Private bachelor senior apartments.

Mandatory meal program of two home cooked meals per day.

Bachelor units include:
  • living area
  • kitchenette- small refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, sink, two burner cooktop, storage cupboards
  • washroom / shower stall
