|Description (Agency)||This program sends shoe boxes filled with practical gifts: school supplies, toiletries etc. to war torn countries and places of natural disaster at Christmas time.|
|Description (Service)||The local community is looking for businesses * clubs * churches * schools * or students, who would champion this charity and challenge others to have shoe box packing parties and volunteer with us!
Suggested items include:
School supplies (pens * pencils * erasers * sharpeners * note books * crayons * solar calculators) ball caps * hair bows * tee shirts * necklaces * bracelets * bead kits * knitting needles and wool * small tool kits for older children * skipping ropes * balls * toy cars * small stuffed animals * small dolls * hygiene items (soap * toothbrushes * face cloths).
*If you want to pack a shoe box for Ukraine, you may include scarves, warm mitts, and hats.
