| Description (Service) | Working from my home studio near Bracebridge Falls,I paint in a variety of mediums including acrylic, oil, Chinese & acrylic ink and watercolour on canvas, board and paper and find endless inspiration in the natural beauty of Muskoka! The unique character of a Jack Pine, the twisted weave of tree roots in the forest, an explosion of fiddle heads bursting forth from the stump of an old cedar, a cascade of rushing water over giant boulders or the placid calm of dawn breaking on one of our pristine lakes. My work has also included interesting buildings and other structures and I will consider commission pieces. Also a creative writer, I am also working on illustrations for my rhyming children’s story, Pete’s Feet. To touch the human spirit, bring joy and beauty into the world, inspire and uplift—these are my artistic goals. Contact me if you are looking for something special for your home, office or cottage! |
