Description and Service
| Description (Service) | The Accessibility Advisory Committee is mandated by the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001, and is governed by Chapter 110 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code. The purpose of the Accessibility Advisory Committee is to provide City Council with recommendations on removing barriers to those in our community with disabilities (hearing, sight, mobility limitations). It is also responsible for making recommendations on the annual updating of the City of Orillia's Multi-Year Accessibility Plan. |
