Description and Service
| Description (Service) | Adult Day Program Provides daytime respite, support and education for families and caregivers. Program offers meaningful, enjoyable and stimulating activities in a supportive community of friends, to maintain an optimal level of functioning by providing individual programming and to alleviate daily loneliness through socialization with peers. Activities include: crafts, horticulture, films, group exercises, sing-songs, table games, guest speakers, discussions and entertainment. Coffee, snacks and Lunch are provided. Hairdressing and Foot Care services are available by appointment for additional fees. Bathing Services Available Home Support Workers provide seniors with scheduled bathing services, assisting individuals who have difficulties bathing in their own home. There is no cost for this service. Call 705-549-6277 for more information. Program is offered in Penetanguishene and Elmvale. |
