Description and Service
Description (Service) This program offers mental health case management, care and support for individuals living with a mental health disorder or concurrent disorders. In a Shared Care format we work with other Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal service providers. We employ an Aboriginal cultural approach built on Aboriginal best practices. Services include but are not limited to : 
- family consultation 
- counseling and psychotherapy 
- CANS and OCANS assessment 
- care planning  
- referral to other appropriate services.  
Services are available for families affected by mental health challenges and support for children, youth and adults needing after care. 
 
Community capacity building, training, service system liaison and networking are available for other service providers.
