Description (Service) Non-medical home care for seniors helping them to maintain their independence, services include:
  • conversation and companionship
  • respite care
  • medication reminders
  • light housekeeping
  • meal preparation
  • incidental transportation, escort for errands, appointments and shopping - for clients only
  • assistance with morning wake up and evening tuck-in
  • recreational activities
  • change linens and make beds
  • laundry and ironing
  • care for dementia and Alzheimer's disease
  • periodic quality assurance visits to the home and reviews with family members
  • personal care services include assistance with:
    • eating
    • grooming
    • dressing
    • bathing
    • incontinence
    • cognitive impairment
    • mobility
Minimum of 2 hrs per visit and 10 hours per week
