Former Name Healthy Babies Happy Families
Description (Service) An 8-week program for parents suffering mood changes after the birth of a baby. Meet other new parents experiencing mood changes. Discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself. Facilitated by a Midwife/Mental Health professional. Child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babes in arms.

Will be run in two formats for the winter of 2024:
  • Virtual group for people experiencing mild-moderate symptoms
  • In-person group for people experiencing moderate-severe symptoms facilitated in partnership with CGMH Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, Theresa Faubert, RP.
