| Description (Service) | An 8-week program for parents suffering mood changes after the birth of a baby. Meet other new parents experiencing mood changes. Discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself. Facilitated by a Midwife/Mental Health professional. Child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babes in arms. Will be run in two formats for the winter of 2024:
