Description (Service)

Professional counselling and psychotherapy services, by appointment only:

  • in-person and virtual counselling sessions for youth 12-25 yrs
  • no-cost single-session counselling for people experiencing issues such as: family conflict, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, separation, divorce or abuse
  • clinicians may recommend/refer clinic clients for/to additional sessions, other CFS programs, or external community partners as require

Partner agency of Support Services for Male Abuse Survivors of Sexual Abuse - Central Region

  • offers support services and short-term counselling to help survivors deal with the impact of abuse and to develop improved coping strategies

This is not a crisis clinic
