Description (Service)	Mental health service offering professional counseling, information, referrals and support to local youth aged 12-25 years old service provide by phone or text and via an Outreach Van which travels to different communities in Simcoe County, see calendar on Instagram page for Outreach Van schedule referrals to community programs/services provided
Eligibility	Simcoe County youth aged 12-25 Adult caregivers/allies of youth are welcome to call for information and resources
