Description (Service)	Provides service in private homes, assisted living communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Services include: Personal Care which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, and medication reminders. Daily Errands Transportation (eg. grocery shopping or doctor's appointments) Light Housekeeping Meal Preparation Companionship and conversation including reading together, games and puzzles, cooking together and watching TV Caregiver support Fall-prevention assessments and training Home safety checks
