Description (Service) Endoscopy clinic to screen for colorectal cancer; colonoscopies and gastroscopies performed; must be referred by family physician
Eligibility
  • Age Requirements: 18 year(s) - 75 year(s)
  • for routine screening, patients with a family history of polyps or colorectal cancer
  • will not accept patients who have Type 1 Diabetes, Heart Issues or for people taking blood thinners
Application
  • Referral - medical
  • Patients who do not have a family doctor may go to a walk-in clinic to get a referral from the doctor at the clinic
  • Referral must be on the Barrie Endoscopy referral form available on the Clinic website
