Description and Service
Description (Service) Provides financial assistance to people undergoing cancer treatment * assistance with uninsured medical expenses or additional expenditures related to things like childcare, parking or meals in hospital * priority given to low income and first-time applicants * raises funds through community events and donations
Eligibility Applicants must: be a Simcoe County or York Region resident * provide proof of cancer diagnosis * be undergoing treatment * demonstrate financial need * complete and sign a formal application * be a Canadian Citizen or have Landed Immigrant Status
