Specializes in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Related Disorders, such as Body Focused Repetitive Behaviours and Tics

  • Takes a behavioural approach, with its main treatment modality being Exposure and Response Prevention therapy
  • Other treatment modalities include, Inferential CBT for OCD (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Habit Reversal Training, Comprehensive Bhevaioural Intervention for Tics, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and SPACE Approach
  • Offers individual sessions, family sessions, in-person sessions and virtual sessions
  • Virtual sessions are available across Ontario, New Brunswick, PEI, and Quebec
