Description (Service)

Provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) services to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Offers individual sessions for the adult and pediatric population, as well as family sessions
  • All sessions can be attended either virtually or in-person at the Barrie clinic
  • Therapists are OCD and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) experts
  • Offers SPACE sessions (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) for parents of children with OCD
  • Offers intern-led counselling sessions for those with financial barriers (Not the same as ERP treatment)
  • Offers HRT (Habit-Reversal training) sessions for those who hair-pull, skin pick for example

Holding a March Break OCD Skills Camp - March 16-20, 2026, 9 am-12:30pm. Learn how OCD works, how to notice urges and not act on them, how to practice tolerating uncertainty, how to recover from setbacks and how to keep using skills after camp. For ages 4-15. Early bird fee $180, after Feb 17th $200. Click here for more details and to register:
