Description and Service

Description (Service) Approximately 28 kilometres long, runs from Woodland Drive at the City of Orillia border to Penetanguishene Road at the City of Barrie border
  • activities permitted on the trail are walking, hiking, bicycling, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling (with a valid OFSC permit)
  • horseback riding, ATV's, motorcycles and cars not permitted
  • township of Oro-Medonte welcomes donations for construction costs and ongoing maintenance of rail trail
  • all donors will receive a tax receipt, if requested
