Focusing on improving the wholistic health and well-being of families, with children 6 yrs and younger, by fostering Indigenous culture through healthy eating, play, language, games and positive peer interactions for parents and children

• develops and enhances healthy social skills, motor skills and cognitive development
• addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being of individuals, families and communities

Weekly Groups include:

• Odaminodaa! Let's Play - for families with children 4-6 yrs, designed to connect, learn and grow together through storytelling, songs, crafts, games and traditional teachings
• Little Ducklings - for families with children 0-3 yrs, songs, stories, crafts and cultural activities included
