Trained and certified volunteers educate and coach parents/guardians in the use of child restraint systems * will ensure the restraint is properly installed and used correctly every time the child travels in the vehicle * provide workshops and clinics in the community which allow parents to have their seats inspected and will assist with the correct installation if needed * if the seat is forward facing Seat, have anchor bolt already installed * do not install anchor bolts
