Description and Service

Description (Service)	Family Court matters include: domestic relations law (custody of children, divorces, child access provision, support orders for spouses and children, restraining orders and other matters pertaining to the Family Law Act), child welfare and adoptions divorce processing, including property matters can answer basic inquiries about the Family Responsibility Office, or process forms to initiate Family Support Inquiries about cases already filed with the Family Responsibility Office should be made directly to 1-800-267-7263 Automated System, 1-800-267-4330 for Client Service Associate or Fax 416-240-2401 (see CWD0597), problems can also be brought to the attention of local MPP
