Counselling and psychotherapy

  • offers secure professional sessions
  • offers trauma and stress-related psychotherapy using Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) and Life Stress Reduction (LSR) techniques
  • couple/family facilitation, conflict mediation; a trained mediator
  • certified as an advanced facilitator by Applied Metapsychology International; trains professionals in this work
  • will speak to community groups about dealing with trauma
  • Member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP)
