| Description (Service) | Provides social and support services and health services to empower, promote health, and celebrate the lives of people living with and affected by HIV, hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted infections and the individuals and families from theTwo-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, intersex, transgender, questioning, non-binary, gender non-conforming and queer communities of Simcoe County and Muskoka Region Programs include:
