Former Name Residential Services ; Robert Thompson Youth And Family Centre
Description (Service) For youth who are experiencing significant social, emotional, and behavioural problems who require an intensive 24 hour therapeutic setting
  • residential placement is considered after other community based interventions have been attempted
  • families are expected to be involved in ongoing service
  • 12 residential beds in 2 homes

  • Referrals for the Live in Treatment program: call Intake at 705-725-7656
  • Referrals for Live in Treatment beds are accessed through Simcoe County Residential Central Intake Committee or York Region Residential Central Intake Committee
  • Referrals can be made by parents, legal guardians, professionals, agencies and by self-referral
