Description (Service) Assist persons with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance and full community participation * services includes case management, system navigation, personal and family counselling, assistance with accessible transportation, accommodation assistance, home support care information, educational and vocational counselling, community education about spinal cord treatment, peer support * services include advocacy, information, resources and public education and awareness and peer connections
