Description (Service)	Supporting Deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people who are seeking employment and their potential employers. Services can be provided in person, virtually or a combination of both. Provide: job search training resume and cover letter writing assistance labour-market information job placement support, job coaching and advocacy in the workplace for those who may be experiencing communication/cultural barriers message relay between employers and potential employees Interpreting and real-time Note-taking services awareness/accessibility training opportunities to potential employers when hiring/employing deaf, deafened or hard of hearing people access to necessary amplification, communication and alerting technology
