Description (Service)	Provides free assistance and information to those in the community with housing inquiries in the South Simcoe area. Services include: Emergency Funds for utility arrears with the Low-income Energy Assistance Program and the Ontario Electricity Support Program Rent subsidies through the county, including assistance applying for Rent Supplement or Housing Allowance Housing Services provide assistance and resources to access programs for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including: rental arrears Emergency Supportive Services for people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness Landlord/tenant mediation Referrals to community resources Housing First Case Management Listings for housing availability in the South Simcoe region Call or visit website for more information
