| Description | Weekly drop-in for mothers with children aged 6-24 months * encourages child development and healthy relationships between mother and child * provides free fruit, vegetables and a healthy snack during program * open to lower income, isolated and marginalized women to help meet the needs of mother and child * peer support is encouraged * group education is available as well as general one to one questions (moms needing more support will be referred) * on site support is provided by a Dietitian once a month or Infant Development Worker each six weeks | |||
